Forms To Compete at Local Pageants

Each contestant must bring with her to each local preliminary the STATE AND LOCAL CONTESTANT CONTRACT to the first competition she enters (page 11), and the local director must complete the top portion of the page that she has been accepted as a contestant. If the contestant wins the competition, this document becomes the state contract. It will be mailed to the Miss Alabama Volunteer State Field Director, where the bottom portion of the page will be completed. If the contestant does not win the competition, she brings the contract to the following local preliminary, and that local director will complete the top portion of page 12. If the contestant wins the competition, the contract with ALL pages goes to the Miss Alabama Volunteer State Field Director. If the contestant does not win the competition, she brings the contract to the following local preliminary, and that local director will complete the bottom portion of page 12. Each local director MUST SIGN this contract regardless of the number of duplicate pages 12 have been added.
